You will drive performance, engagement and change while embedding organisational values, culture and best practice. /p h3 Key Responsibilities /h3 ul li Deliver strategic people partnering support to achieve business objectives, including change management, performance, absence and attrition reduction, talent identification and workforce planning. /li li Develop and implement People Plans aligned to business and corporate strategy. /li li Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing expert consultancy on people risks, capability gaps and organisational challenges. /li li Lead and support organisational change, ensuring leaders are equipped to manage change and colleagues remain engaged. /li li Strengthen performance management and leadership capability to improve outcomes. /li li Drive employee engagement, positively impacting retention, productivity and Great Place to Work results. /li li Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing and constructively challenging to deliver commercial impact. /li li Use people data and insights to inform decision-making and forecast workforce needs. /li li Partner with the wider People function and Centres of Excellence to deliver a consistent, joined-up service. /li li Act as a custodian of culture and values, embedding the pillars of Communication, Equality, Reward & Recognition and Fun. /li /ul h3 Essential Skills & Experience /h3 ul li Proven experience in a fast-paced generalist HR / People Partner / HR Business Partner role. /li li Strong experience operating within a business partnering model to support commercial outcomes. /li li Demonstrable experience leading organisational change (e.g. restructures, transformations, ways of working). /li li Sound knowledge of UK Employment Law and HR best practice. /li li CIPD qualified (or equivalent professional experience). /li li Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence to challenge at all levels. /li li Strong stakeholder management and relationship building capability. /li li Data driven decision maker with strong analytical and diagnostic skills. /li li Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively. /li li Experience supporting employee engagement and performance improvement initiatives. /li li Demonstrates organisational values and treats colleagues fairly and with respect. /li /ul h3 Desirable Skills & Experience /h3 ul li Experience supporting large-scale or complex change programmes. /li li Experience in a matrix or multi-site organisation. /li li Knowledge of workforce planning, talent management and succession planning. /li li Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams. /li li Experience using engagement survey results (e.g. Great Place to Work) to drive action. /li /ul p b Please note - we may close this vacancy early if we receive lots of applications or business priorities change. /b /p h3 Admiral: Where You Can /h3 p We take pride in being a diverse and inclusive business.
