The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering VAT, Corporation Tax, and CIS services for a diverse client base. Structures include companies, property unit trusts, and limited partnerships, offering a high level of technical variety and client engagement.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
•Delivering tax compliance services across a varied portfolio of UK real estate structures.
•Preparing computations and returns for VAT, Corporation Tax, CIS, and other obligations.
•Ensuring timely and accurate submissions using specialist tax software.
•Supporting senior colleagues with tax investigations and resolving technical issues.
•Liaising across jurisdictions to provide tax support and advice to internal teams.
•Developing strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third-party service providers.
•Working in accordance with internal policies, regulatory expectations, and best practice.
•Managing personal workflow to meet client expectations and submission deadlines.
•Contributing to the team’s consistent and integrated service delivery across jurisdictions.
•Maintaining relevant CPD and compliance with any professional body requirements.
The ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified (or qualified by relevant experience), with a background in industry, commercial, fund, or corporate services. Strong technical and analytical skills, particularly in Excel, are essential, along with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. A proactive and organised approach is key, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required to build effective working relationships.
