Role Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 1 pupils in line with the National Curriculum.
* Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports academic and personal development.
* Assess and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support pupil development.

Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience teaching KS1, ideally Year 1.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* A passion for inspiring young learners and promoting a love of learning.
