Your Role
As a Graduate Oral Care Flavourist Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our talented Oral Care Flavourists. You’ll assist in managing projects and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and consumer satisfaction. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help us create delightful experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Oral Care flavourists to request and manage samples, ensuring adherence to local and global protocols
* Maintain accurate records of internal evaluations, stability, new ingredients and quality control data using our internal bespoke systems
* Organize and support the requests for sensory panel evaluations, ingredient studies and product analysis.
* Coordinate market product reviews and cross-category olfactory sessions based on the client and research activities for flavourists
* Ability to take initiative and work in a fluctuating environment with periods of low and high activity
* Prepare reports and supporting documents with your research and insights for Oral care category
* In supporting Oral Care flavourists, communicate and collaborate with colleagues from multiple functions
* Support lab work (stability test, shipping, ingredient study, flavour compounding etc)
* Ability to adapt to changing tasks, work independently whilst collaborating with others
What You Bring:
* A degree in a science-related discipline or relevant work experience
* Experience in a dynamic environment with administrative responsibilities
* Proficiency in IT skills, especially with Office/Google applications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Strong active listener
* A proactive attitude with positive team spirit and smooth communications with different stakeholders
