If so, this is the role for you! Here’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing: As a Print Operative, you’ll play a key role in creating high-quality products for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: Operating both manual and semi-automatic machines, including 4-colour stack presses and an 8-colour CI press Monitoring machinery output to meet and exceed production targets Identifying and resolving print issues Conducting shift handovers to ensure smooth production transitions, including briefing the next shift and checking machinery Optimising changeovers while maintaining health, safety, and quality standards Mounting print plates and colour matching as needed Following lean manufacturing practices, including SMED and 5S principles Maintaining a clean, safe work environment by addressing spills immediately and promoting safety A Few Things About You: Ideally, you have experience in print NVQ in Print (desirable but not essential) High attention to detail and meticulous approach Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills Basic computer skills Excellent time-keeping and attendance Working Hours: Average of 38.5 hours per week Continental shifts, Monday to Friday, covering both days and nights Who We Are: Flexipol has been providing long-term secure employment for 30 years, steadily growing each year.
