Role Responsibilities:
* Co-ordinate and communicate all the activities in respect of the arrival and departure of aircraft at ABZ, ensuring that the SGS main priorities of Safety, Punctuality and Service are fulfilled.
* Communicate efficiently via ground-to-air with customers and locally with the company radio operating system
* Communicate professionally with other operational centres and with local authorities
* Prepare and publish loadplan and loadsheet to maximise their payload and protect their punctuality.
* To ensure that decisions made by the Duty Station Manager are communicated to all departments and actioned.
* Be fully aware of the Accident and Emergency Procedures and be able to act in accordance with these procedures if necessary.
* Act in accordance with laid down procedures in the event of damage or spillage of Dangerous Goods.
* To ensure compliance of Airport Authority and DTLR rules both by ASIG and by suppliers operating on behalf of ASIG.
* Monitor and report on the service given to ASIG by our suppliers.
* Perform any other administrative or operational duties as may be reasonably required by ABZ Ramp Supervisor or Duty Manager
