As a Court of Protection Solicitor in Liverpool, you’ll handle a varied caseload of complex property and affairs matters while working alongside a highly reputable and experienced team.

The Role
* Managing a caseload of Court of Protection property and affairs matters
* Handling complex and high-value applications
* Liaising with clients, families and professional advisors
* Supporting vulnerable clients with practical and financial matters
* Working alongside senior colleagues on complex cases
* Ensuring high standards of client care and service
* Managing deadlines and delivering work efficiently
* Supporting wider team development
The Candidate
* 2–5 PQE Court of Protection Solicitor
* Experience in Court of Protection or Private Client work
* Knowledge of property and affairs matters desirable
* Strong technical ability and financial awareness
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Organised with strong attention to detail
* Commercially aware and proactive approach
* Experience within a high street or regional firm
