We provide an inclusive environment where children grow at their own pace, supported by caring and experienced staff.About Busy Nought to Fives Ltd* Providing quality childcare since 1992* Four nurseries across the North West region* Spacious, well-maintained rooms and outdoor play areas* Strong focus on building positive relationships with families* Commitment to staff development and career progressionThe Ideal Candidate Will:* Be qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Years Education* Have at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience with some leadership responsibilities* Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the EYFS* Have strong communication and organisational skills* Be confident in managing day-to-day nursery operations* Show experience in nursery administration and liaising with Ofsted, local authorities, and training providers* Be proactive, flexible, and positive in approach* Enjoy working as part of a supportive teamKey Responsibilities: Leadership and Management* Support the Nursery Manager in the daily running of the nursery* Lead the nursery team, inspiring high-quality childcare and education* Take full responsibility for nursery operations in the Manager’s absence* Oversee staff rotas, room organisation, and daily routines* Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and safeguarding requirementsChildcare and Education* Identify and meet the individual needs of each child* Plan and deliver engaging activities following the EYFS framework* Monitor and record children’s progress, ensuring accurate observations and assessments* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment* Promote children’s independence, confidence, and curiosityParent and Community Engagement* Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers* Provide regular updates on children’s development and nursery activities* Liaise with external agencies and professionals when requiredAdministration and Compliance* Maintain accurate nursery records, registers, and reports* Manage health and safety procedures, including risk assessments* Ensure policies and procedures are followed at all timesBenefits:* 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays)* Company pension scheme* Health & wellbeing programme* Employee referral bonus* Supportive and inclusive management team* Career development and training opportunitiesSafeguardingBusy Nought to Fives Ltd is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
