Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the external audit team, overseeing a varied client base.
* Deliver high quality audit services and drive operational excellence.
* Mentor team members and foster professional development.
* Involve in accounts and tax work, particularly in early stages.
* Take ownership of audit sign off responsibilities as the Responsible Individual.
* Develop and refine the firm’s audit offering.
Qualifications
* Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA or equivalent) with RI status.
* Strong background in audit within practice.
* Commercial mindset, excellent technical knowledge.
* Leadership ability to inspire and influence both internally and externally.
