We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Leeds, Dock Street. The salary ranges from £25,000 to £28,000.
About the role: It involves
* Dealing with tenants, landlords, and contractors to ensure properties are well maintained.
* Spending your days out and about visiting properties, as every day is different.
* Conducting regular internal and external inspections, liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors, and developing strong relationships to create a positive customer experience.
We seek individuals who are a good fit for our team and who will find us a good fit too. The qualities we look for include:
* No prior property management experience needed, but property experience is beneficial.
* Self-motivated, well-organized, and familiar with regulations surrounding lettings.
* A good understanding of fair wear and tear, tenant disputes, and deposit returns.
* Excellent customer care skills.
