Responsibilities:
* Provide technical guidance and support to project team members, customers, and other project stakeholders.
* Participate in technical specification review and resolution.
* Monitor manufacturing and assembly, in-house and at sub-contractors.
* Provide field service support to clients on delivered projects.
* Create risk assessments and test permits for assembly testing activities.
* Coordinate and support 3rd party inspections in line with agreed inspection test plan.
* Monitor condition of test equipment and tooling, coordinate with maintenance and replacements.
* Carry out dimensional checks during spool fabrication, welding and PWHT.
Qualifications:
* Minimum HNC/HND level, or suitable referenced experienced in an engineering discipline. CNC machining experience is desirable.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, written and verbal.
* Excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Applications.
* Able to work to deadlines in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple projects is essential.
* Working knowledge of relevant industry specifications and legal regulations is desirable.
* Confident decision-making skills, with the ability to make decisions remotely.
* Lifting & Slinging, gantry operation and forklift experience would be an advantage.
* HSE experience/qualification would be an advantage. E.g., IOSH, NEBOSH.
