Senior Project Manager, Professional Services (Automotive Software Implementations)
Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager leads end-to-end delivery of complex software implementation projects for automotive industry clients, ensuring successful adoption of OEC’s products. This role drives predictable, high-quality outcomes by aligning cross-functional teams, managing scope, budget, and risks, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead multiple software implementation projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery.
* Build strong customer relationships and act as the primary liaison between clients and OEC teams.
* Manage project planning, execution, and reporting, including risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Support pre-sales efforts and contribute to Statements of Work (SOWs) as needed.
* Ensure accurate project billing, forecasting, and financial tracking.
* Mentor junior project managers and promote process excellence within the Professional Services organization.
* Facilitate workshops, manage cross-functional collaboration, and resolve escalations efficiently.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 10+ years of project/program management experience in Professional Services or software implementations.
* Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional projects—preferably in the automotive or SaaS sectors.
* Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
* Strong organizational, negotiation, and business process improvement capabilities.
* Willingness to travel and manage global time zone engagement.
