Join a leading Financial Institution as a UX Manager on a 12-month FTC. You’ll head up a talented UX research team, driving high-quality, accessible, and user-centred insights that shape digital products used by hundreds of thousands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of UX researchers
* Align research efforts with product, design, and business goals across squads
* Support innovation in research methods and facilitate regular critiques
* Collaborate with brand and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent user experience
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven leadership in UX research
* Deep experience in qualitative and quantitative methods
* Strong collaboration skills across disciplines
* Expertise in accessibility-focused research
