Rate: £280-£310 a day
Role
* Site Manager to oversee a prestigious commercial build in Swansea that is nearing completion, overseeing a façade package.
* Responsible for site health and safety, design and quality of façade install.
* Reporting into a Site based Project Manager
* Working for a top tier main contractor
Individual
* Experience of façade packages working for a main contractor or specialist façade subcontractor on medium to large scale construction projects.
* Valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card
* Must be able to commute to Swansea daily
* Freelance role with an immediate start
Opportunity to work on further projects with the same company after this 1-2 month freelance role comes to an end.
