Company Overview
I am working with a global professional services organisation undergoing a significant enterprise-wide transformation. As part of this, we are redesigning our HR Target Operating Model to create a more streamlined, technology-enabled and strategically aligned function. This ambitious programme spans people, process and technology including a major Workday implementation and is central to improving service delivery, reducing operational friction and embedding new ways of working across the organisation.
The Role
As Global Senior Change Lead, you will design and deliver the end-to-end change strategy across the HR Transformation programme. This is a highly visible, senior leadership role with global reach.
You will be responsible for:
Leading change management across HR Operating Model redesign and Workday implementation
Driving adoption, engagement and positive stakeholder sentiment globally
Partnering closely with senior leadership, including C-suite and HR executives
Conducting stakeholder mapping and change impact assessments
Translating system and process change into clear, practical impacts for different personas
Managing risks, resistance and interdependencies across multiple transformation initiatives
Embedding sustainable behavioural and cultural change
What You Will Need to Succeed
Proven experience leading end-to-end change on complex, global HR Transformation or Target Operating Model programmes
Strong experience supporting Workday implementation (highly desirable)
Deep expertise in change management methodology (Prosci, APMG or equivalent preferred)
Experience influencing and aligning senior stakeholders within matrix or partnership environments
Background in professional services or similarly complex global organisations
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and deliver measurable transformation outcomes
