At Clarks Village, we are offering a position for the right candidate to join our security officer team. You will work both day and night shifts on a 42‑hour per week contract. Main Responsibilities
* Work to strict Health and Safety procedures and legislation
* Uphold and comply with site AI’s, UK legislation and regulations
* Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, guests and contractors
* Maintain good representation, high levels of hygiene and presentation
* Complete effective and efficient handovers when starting and ending shifts
* Lock and unlock the centre
* Conduct regular patrols using CAFM systems
* Use reporting equipment (e.g., pocket notebooks, BWCs, key handling, radio) as required
* Act as evacuation marshal
* Build relationships and assist brand partners with crime‑stopping procedures
* Develop professional relationships with local police and PCSOs
* Manage anti‑social behaviour on centre premises
* Provide first aid on site when necessary
Skills and Experience
* SIA Door Supervisor accreditation (CCTV desirable)
* IOSH training
* Good articulation and effective communication with clients, guests and contractors
* Demonstrated high levels of customer service and satisfaction
* Excellent time management and ability to work in a dynamic environment
* Clean enhanced DBS record
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the ability to communicate and read basic English, previous security experience is desirable but not essential. You should have a flexible approach, be open, honest, self‑driven, determined, reliable, hardworking and display a professional attitude.
