As the second-in-command, you'll lead with flair, develop your business skills, and drive your Pizzeria to success. Your responsibilities include P&L management, seizing sales opportunities, recruiting, training, and coaching a dynamic team to create an unforgettable customer experience. With development programmes and dedicated support, this role offers a great opportunity to showcase your talent and grow your leadership journey.
What You'll Do:
1. Collaborate with the General Manager, supporting all management tasks
2. Maintain high standards in quality, safety, and food
3. Lead and motivate your team to achieve success
4. Deliver outstanding service to customers
Who You Are:
1. Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and effectively lead a team
2. Financial Management: Experience with P&L, budgeting, or financial analysis
3. Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to deliver outstanding service and understand customer needs
