Working Hours and Environment
This is a full-time employed position.
The successful Physiotherapist will be based within the Hoddesdon clinic, which is currently undergoing a significant expansion project that will see the premises almost double in size. The additional clinical space will allow the clinic to meet increasing patient demand whilst maintaining the high standards of care that have become synonymous with the practice.
Weekend availability is required as part of the rota, typically every other weekend.
You'll be joining a friendly, collaborative and highly professional environment where clinicians are trusted to make decisions in the best interests of their patients.
Reaching Your Potential
The clinic was founded in 2015 by a Physiotherapist who became frustrated with the limitations he experienced across both NHS and private healthcare settings.
Rather than accepting rushed appointments, long waiting lists, sales targets and package-driven treatment models, he set out to build a clinic centred around exceptional patient care, evidence-based practice and genuine clinical autonomy.
That philosophy remains firmly in place today.
Wouldn't it be refreshing to work somewhere that is driven by clinical excellence rather than sales figures?
A place where you can decide how much treatment your patient genuinely needs, how long appointments should be, and which treatment approach is most appropriate?
A place where there is time for report writing, patient communication, professional discussion and relationship building?
Add in regular CPD, funded external training, experienced colleagues who genuinely want to help you succeed, and an admin team that handles much of the operational burden, and you start to understand why clinicians tend to stay here.
The leadership team are particularly passionate about supporting and developing their staff. They are looking for someone with a strong MSK foundation who wants to continue growing, learning and building a long-term career within a progressive private practice.
