You will deliver high-quality patient care within a supportive primary care environment. This role offers flexible working hours with both part-time and full-time opportunitie s available. Key Responsibilities Chronic disease management (asthma, COPD, diabetes, hypertension) Cervical screening (if qualified) Immunisations and vaccinations (childhood and adult) Wound care and treatment room procedures Travel health advice and vaccinations NHS Health Checks and preventative care Infection prevention and control Supporting GP partners with long-term condition reviews Clinical audits and quality improvement Essential Requirements Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC PIN Experience in primary care or relevant clinical setting Strong communication and organisational skills Competence in treatment room procedures Up-to-date mandatory training (Safeguarding, BLS, Infection Control) Desirable Skills Chronic disease management experience Cervical cytology qualification Immunisation and vaccination experience Familiarity with EMIS or SystmOne What We Offer Pay up to £25 per hour Flexible working hours (part-time or full-time available) NHS Pension Scheme Supportive and friendly clinical team CPD and training opportunities Structured induction programme Paid study leave (subject to agreement) Working Pattern Full-time: approx. 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri) Part-time: flexible days available No night shifts Occasional extended hours depending on service needs
