Job Description
3. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
4. Manage and organise departmental documentation and records.
5. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and events.
6. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
9. Support in the coordination of departmental projects.
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Administrator should have:
11. Prior experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
12. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
