Our client has a clear, structured plan to invest millions in training for you, upgrading their equipment, facilities and to make way for Continuous Improvement projects!
The Role
As a Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Manage a team of 15 engineers, ensuring all maintenance is performed to top quality standards
* Leading Continuous Improvement Projects
* Ensure all records on CMMS are kept up to date, and suggesting improvements
* Monitoring records of Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance
* Dealing with 1 to 1s, holiday requests, rota queries and other man management responsibilities
