About the Role
We are seeking Customer Assistants to work on a casual basis to support our theatre shows and events program, including the busy pantomime season in December. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, responsible for delivering high standards of customer service across all aspects of our programs.
Your duties will include working in front of house roles such as hospitality, bar service, and ushering at theatrical events. Experience with point of sale systems and working with alcohol is beneficial, and applicants must be over 18. There may also be opportunities to work as invigilators in the museum and gallery sections.
