Care Assistant (Night-shift) – Beech Manor

We are seeking talented and caring individuals looking to begin or continue their career in Social Care with us, making a difference to the lives of our residents at Renaissance Care.

Our Care Assistants are at the forefront of resident engagement, supporting and encouraging meaningful interactions to ensure residents live with purpose and connection. As a night‑shift Care Assistant, you will provide person‑centred activities, especially 1:1 care and promoting lifestyle and wellbeing choices for all residents. Your role will support the delivery of each individual care plan, promote independence and choice, and ensure residents’ voices are heard throughout all aspects of care and support.


Key Responsibilities

* Assist with personal care and hygiene for residents.
* Promote a positive mealtime experience to enhance nutrition and hydration.
* Support meaningful connections and create 1:1 meaningful activities.
* Maintain person‑centred care plans and support residents’ independence and choice.
* Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly.
* Uphold the values of People, Friendly, Passionate and Inclusion.


Qualifications

* Desirable: SVQ2 qualification and prior experience in a care setting, though full training will be provided.
* Full training will be offered for those without the desired qualification.

Schedule and Location

* Night shift (44 hours a week)
* In person – Beech Manor, Dundee, Scotland


Pay

* £12.60 per hour
