Deputy Practice Manager Chester, CH1 2DY Salary up to £31,500 per annum Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Practice Manager (FBDO qualified Dispensing Optician) in our fabulous Chester practice (5 days / 40 hours per week - Monday to Saturday 9am - 5:30pm). You will be involved in coaching, mentoring, training, and developing the dispensing team and optical assistants. You will be involved in providing regular constructive feedback and review meetings and will also step up for the Practice Manager in his absence to ensure the practice runs smoothly and is well managed. Ideally, we would like somebody with experience as a Deputy Practice Manager or a Dispensing Optician or Optical Assistant who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will have excellent communication and listening skills and the ability to build strong relationships with your team members, peers, and clients.
