Job Description: As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fine dining restaurant. Your role will include managing staff, ensuring outstanding customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene. You will also be tasked with developing innovative menus, managing inventory, and driving sales to enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
Ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently.
Develop and implement creative and seasonal menus.
Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
