Please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: Up to £34,000 What you’ll be doing: Analyse, collate and format data from a number of sources in order to produce reports, schedules and summaries Support Senior Advisors and Managers with queries relating to employment terms and conditions, Company policies Liaise with people shared services to deliver outputs Manage any policy exception requests in line with the exceptions approval process Manage stakeholder expectations in terms of key process timings Apply a strong focus on continuous improvement for how the process can be made more efficient and effective Strive to deliver excellent customer service individually and as part of a team Support Advisors and Managers and deputise as the point of contact as required Your skills and experiences: Proven experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within a large and complex organisation Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage processes and meet tight deadlines Confident in engaging and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across various levels Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Demonstrated ability to handle and manage large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency Benefits: You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. The Naval Ships HR team: You will be part of the Naval Ships HR team who support our Programmes, Functions and Projects. We are currently building 8 Type 26 frigates here in Glasgow and also have two international programmes in Australia and Canada. The team work very closely with their stakeholder areas in a fast paced and challenging environment focused on delivery of a high-quality complex product to cost and schedule for our customers. We are currently reviewing our organisation design to ensure that we are fit for the future, and you may have the opportunity to support the development of the overall plan and preparation for the implementation phase of this programme and then follow this through into deployment.
