We support women, men and young people who have been abused to rebuild their lives, we protect those at risk, and we find ways to prevent abuse from ever happening. Role: Prevention and Early Intervention Manager
This role ensures the successful delivery of Safeline’s Prevention and Early Intervention services that enable children and young people to grow up safe from Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), free from trauma, and empowered to excel. The manager supports and educates young people, parents and teachers to prevent crime abuse and victimisation.
Responsibilities
* Oversee specialised projects aimed at the most vulnerable young individuals, promoting their growth and enhancing their emotional and mental health to support their recovery from abuse.
* Manage a small caseload of children and young people (CYP), providing a variety of interventions to those in need.
* Lead a small team to ensure effective support for their well‑being and learning development, while also ensuring that agreed objectives are met.
* Maintain positive and effective relationships with key agencies and funders.
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: £32,000 per annum.
* Benefits: matched pension contribution up to 5%

Contract Details
* Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (some evening work may be required).
* Office based in Warwick and covering Warwickshire & travel; hybrid home/ office working considered based on service needs.

Safeline expects all staff to work within its safeguarding policies and procedures. Staff undertake enhanced DBS checks in line with recommended guidelines.
