Job Description
A well-established developer is looking to appoint a Leasing & Asset Manager to play a key role in maximising income performance and long-term asset value across a diverse commercial portfolio.
This is a broad, hands-on role combining day-to-day leasing execution with proactive asset management responsibility. The successful candidate will take ownership of the full leasing lifecycle, manage key occupier relationships, and work closely with internal teams and external advisers to drive strong commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading leasing activity from enquiry through to completion, including heads of terms and lease negotiations
* Proactively managing lease events such as expiries, renewals and breaks
* Identifying opportunities to enhance income and optimise under-utilised space
* Acting as a key point of contact for occupiers on lease and asset-related matters
* Maintaining accurate lease data, tenancy schedules and governance records
* Contributing to asset planning, service charge budgeting and value enhancement initiatives
About you:
* MRICS (or equivalent) with c.2–4 years’ post-qualified experience
* Proven track record in commercial leasing and asset management
* Commercially minded, organised and confident dealing with occupiers and advisers
* Comfortable working autonomously in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
* The client will consider those working consultancy side.
