Role Responsibilities:
The role will be key to the site safety and will consist of the following tasks but not exclusive to;
Support and get engaged with the site leadership teams.
Lead or support periodic safety meetings, including HSEQ Committee meetings.
Engage proactively with union safety representativesto maintain positive working relationships, address concerns, and support joint safety initiatives.
Promptly escalate all LTIs and major incidents.
Ensure corrective actions are identified, implemented, and verified for effectiveness.
Promote HSEQ across the site and influence a positive safety culture.
Conduct trend and data analysis to identify risks or patterns.
Use systems such as EcoOnline, to record incidents, track actions, and maintain documentation.
Produce HSEQ reports and performance updates to the regional safety manager.
Complete routine inspections and checks.
Details of the role
Temp contract to cover sickness in the Northamptonshire area (unclear at this stage for how long)
The role will be to cover between Northampton (ideally 3 days) n & Daventry (ideally 2 days).
Fuel expenses considered dependant on which site they will be based on (could be either of the above).
40 hrs a week
Qualifications - NEBOSH as a minimu m
