Cross Functional Operational Specialist - Tiffany Service Centre (Dartford)
Position Overview
The Cross Functional Operational Specialist is a highly skilled, service centre-based individual (our Service Centre is based in Dartford) who manages customer needs for after-sales and servicing enquiries across multiple channels including Personal Shopping, E-Commerce, Customer Service, and Retail. The CFOS provides the Tiffany Experience to every client and develops strong client relationships by ensuring the highest service levels through excellence, innovation, and technology.

* Demonstrate emotional intelligence in escalating service issues with appropriate concern for resolution and client experience.

* Process customer merchandise service orders efficiently, manage workflow, perform quality inspections, and update valuations with accuracy.
* Display expertise in managing calls, correspondence, and multiple systems in a multitasking environment.
* Consistently meet departmental KPIs.
Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements
* Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in retail or contact centre service environments.
* Familiarity with workshop, servicing, repair processes, and terminology.
* Authorization to work and remain in the UK.
