Trainee Associate Surveyor Programme

To be considered, candidates must meet the criteria for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. The criteria include:
* A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification plus at least one year of relevant work experience.
* A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree plus at least two years of relevant experience.
* Four or more years of relevant experience.
Applicants who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation are also encouraged to apply.
Eligible candidates should demonstrate a passion for property, strong pathology knowledge, excellent communication skills, teamwork ability, problem-solving skills, initiative, and a proactive approach.
