Inspire, Lead, Transform – Registered Manager (Children’s Residential, EBD)
Up to £50,000 + Registration & Performance Bonuses
Atrium Healthcare is seeking a visionary Registered Manager to take the lead in a children’s residential home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This role calls for someone who can bring structure, empathy, and leadership to a dedicated team and create an environment where young people feel secure, supported, and valued.
You Will:
* Lead all aspects of residential care operations
* Coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team
* Embed therapeutic practice and individualised care
* Oversee compliance, audits, and Ofsted inspections
* Act as a role model for trauma-informed care
You Bring:
* Level 5 in Residential Child Care (or equivalent)
* Proven success managing children’s residential services
* Deep understanding of safeguarding and behavioural needs
* A passion for driving meaningful change in children’s lives
* A full UK driving licence
