Job Title: Nursing Home Manager

Salary: £58k - £60k, dependent on experience
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager with a valid nursing PIN (RGN or RMN) to join our luxury, high‑end care provider in Surrey. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent standards of care within nursing homes that have been awarded at least a ‘good’ rating by the CQC.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations.
* Lead and support a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
* Manage budgets effectively and ensure financial targets are met.
* Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
* Implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery and care quality.
Requirements
* Valid nursing PIN (RGN or RMN).
* Minimum of 3 years management experience within the same company.
* Demonstrated ability to achieve and maintain high CQC ratings.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
