Hours: Full time, 45 hours a week

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at TPS Centre in Tonbridge. You will manage, motivate, and develop the Parts Sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor sales performance against KPIs and take corrective actions to meet targets
2. Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns
3. Assess the success of targeted customer sets, promotions, and campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed
4. Attend weekly management meetings and report on sales and marketing performance
5. Maintain and update product knowledge, market awareness, and competitor activity
6. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide developmental support
7. Deliver excellent customer service through the team, understanding customer needs, providing expert advice, and resolving queries and complaints
8. Ensure compliance with business standards, legal, financial, warranty, and ethical guidelines
Candidate Requirements
1. Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team to achieve targets
2. Experience in call centre management in a B2B environment or sales team management
3. Passion for delivering excellent customer service
4. Effective communication skills and stakeholder relationship building
5. High IT literacy
6. Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
7. Leadership skills to motivate teams towards quality and quantity goals
8. Professional and calm demeanor
