Change Enablement Lead (6-Month Contract)
We’re looking for a talented Change Enablement Lead to support the launch of a new pensions product. This role is all about designing practical, engaging learning solutions that help colleagues adapt smoothly and confidently to change.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver impactful digital and in-person training
* Partner with teams to identify learning needs and barriers
* Create resources that simplify complex information
* Measure training effectiveness and refine as needed
* Support operational readiness and change adoption
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in learning, training, or change projects
* Skilled in digital learning tools (preferably Articulate 360)
* Strong workshop and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Excellent communicator with a focus on learner needs
* Familiar with regulated environments like financial or pensions sectors
* Pension or retirement product knowledge would be great
* Experience in change or operational readiness initiatives
