About the Role
A growing and well-established Main Contractor in Hampshire is seeking a Technical Services Manager to support and develop their M&E offering.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a broad, hands-on role with real influence ideal for someone looking to step up and help shape a growing division.
Key Responsibilities
* Support delivery of M&E packages across construction projects
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Assist in developing technical processes and commercial procedures
* Build and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
* Support technical bids, submissions, and proposals
* Help establish preferred supplier frameworks and compliance processes
* Assist with project coordination and contract delivery
* Act as a key contact for M&E-related matters
About You
* Background in M&E / Technical Services / Building Services
* Experience working with an M&E subcontractor or contractor
* Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
* Confident communicator with good organisational skills
* Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing business
* CIBSE qualified or working towards (preferred)
