Job Title:Site Labourer (Long-Term Residential Project)

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and punctual Site Labourer to join our team on a premium long-term residential construction project in Kidlington (OX5). Responsibilities
Assisting skilled tradespeople (bricklayers, carpenters, and plasterers) on-site.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment by clearing debris and waste.
Unloading, moving, and distributing heavy building materials across the site.
Setting up and preparing work areas, including basic mixing of mortar or concrete when required.
Following all health and safety guidelines strictly to ensure a safe site for everyone.Required Qualifications & Experience
Valid Green Labourer card is essential.
Must have your own standard Personal Protective Equipment (Steel toe-cap boots, hi-vis vest/jacket, and hard hat).
Previous experience working on a residential construction site is highly desirable.
Strong work ethic, physically fit for heavy lifting, and excellent reliability.
Reliable transport to reach the site.
