What You’ll Get

What You’ll Be Doing
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), repairs, and installations across domestic and commercial properties
* Maintaining and fault‑finding on electrical and mechanical systems, including boiler controls, pumps, communal lighting, hot water systems, and HVAC units
* Completing rewiring, testing, and inspections to ensure systems are safe and compliant
* Diagnosing issues quickly and delivering high‑quality, efficient repairs
* Managing materials, recording work accurately, and working safely in line with regulationsProviding excellent customer service and ensuring homes are safe and fit for purpose
What We’re Looking For
* Experience with 18th Edition wiring regulations or equivalent time served
* City & Guilds Electrical Test and Inspection Certificate
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification
* AM2 qualification preferred but not essential
* Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices
* Proficiency with IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Commitment to Bromford’s values and acting as a positive ambassador for the organisation
* Full, clean driving licence
* Proactive, flexible attitude to work and travel
* Basic DBS Check (arranged by BFL)
