As a key member of the HR team, you will be the first point of contact for clients on a wide range of employee relations (ER) issues. Working collaboratively within a supportive and fast-paced environment, your focus will be to ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and legally compliant HR advice and support. From handling ER cases and drafting documentation to advising on legislation and process, this role provides excellent exposure to both day-to-day and complex HR matters. This role can be worked on a hybrid basis, three days in the office in Romford, with occasional travel to London, and two days from home. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, timely HR advice and support to clients across various industries, primarily focusing on ER issues such as disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management. Draft and review HR documentation, including contracts, policies, handbooks, and correspondence, ensuring alignment with current employment legislation and best practice.
