What We’re Looking For:
To continue the successful growth, we are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing .
As the Head of Marketing, you will lead our global marketing team, working closely with the CEO to drive revenue growth and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy. This strategy will encompass media buying and paid media marketing, email marketing, YouTube organic content, affiliate and referral marketing, as well as platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Your ultimate goal is to maximize growth while maintaining exceptional profitability and ROI.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing, global direct response marketing teams. You will be experienced in scaling businesses, particularly those generating $15M+ USD in annual revenue, and adept at creating data-driven strategies that achieve measurable results.
In this role, you will oversee and optimize marketing systems, manage teams (e.g., media buying, content production), and personally lead critical initiatives, such as developing new client acquisition channels. You will also play a pivotal role in restructuring and elevating the marketing department, ensuring that top-tier talent is in place across all functions to support sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Head of Marketing Department
* As the Head of the Marketing department, you would be responsible for all of the marketing and client acquisition channels, and making sure the Company is hitting all of the targets, with target ROI
* As the Head of the Marketing department, you would be responsible for making decisions and proposing projects / decisions to CEO, which are based on ROI
* Your main KPI would be company hitting the revenue targets, and execution of strategies and accompanying projects
* As the Head of the Marketing department, you would be in charge of management of all of the marketing team, including media buyers, a content writer, social media managers, spokespeople etc.
* With the help of your assistant, you would be in charge of creating systems and SOPs for your team to work efficiently
* As the Head of the Marketing department, you would be responsible for all marketing analytics and reporting, which include but are not limited to revenue by channels, cost to acquire a customer, cost per booked high quality call, customer lifetime value for each of the products, ROI/ROAS on total and unique customer revenue, revenue from email marketing, YouTube and other marketing channels etc.
* You would be leading projects (“Sprints”) in marketing to keep improving marketing metrics and making sure we keep hitting our gold standard KPIs
* You would be managing your department, doing quarterly performance reviews of your team members, firing or repositioning talent if necessary etc.
* You would attend executive team meetings with other heads of departments
* You would analyze and run sprints to improve KPIs, including revenue, return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per booked call, and marketing budget adherence, using data-driven insights to optimize strategy.
* Developing variations of top performing VSLs with help from our copywriter
* You would be developing and executing strategies across multiple marketing channels to drive growth, enhance customer acquisition, and maximize revenue.
Compliance Checking
* As the Head of the Marketing Department, you would be responsible for ensuring that all marketing and advertising activities comply with generally accepted FTC guidelines (regarding permissible claims) as well as platform-specific advertising policies. For example, certain claims allowed on YouTube ads may lead to account rejections on Facebook. It would be your responsibility to ensure that marketing claims are tailored to meet compliance requirements across all platforms.
Content Production Oversight
* As the Head of the Marketing department, with the help of your assistant, you would be responsible for overseeing content production and content that goes across platforms such as YouTube, social media, and email marketing, ensuring alignment with brand goals and engagement targets.
* You would be giving final approval on ad scripts, YouTube scripts, thumbnails etc., that your assistant manages to get created by working with content writer, video editors, thumbnail designers, etc.
Social Media Management Oversight
* As the Head of the Marketing department, with the help of your assistant, you would oversee a team member posting organic content and ensure it aligns with highest standards
* As the Head of the Marketing department, you would be a bridge between media buying and content production department. You are responsible for ensuring that content production and spokespeople are aware of what is working on the paid advertising (hooks, ads messaging etc), and ensuring that the new ads is based on what’s working
* Manage cross-functional collaboration between media buyers, content creators and email writer, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance
* Lead and scale content marketing systems to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
* Ensure all advertising content adheres to platform-specific compliance standards
Content Research & Competitive Analysis
* As the Head of the Marketing department, you would ensure we analyze trends and best winning ads as well as organic content on YouTube and adopt our strategies to stay up to speed with changing trends
* You would oversee conducting competitor research to strengthen market positioning
Tools & Technologies
* Leverage key tools including Hyros, Google Analytics, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Notion, ClickUp, Google Sheets, Vidtao and Excel to drive data driven decisions and improve overall marketing performance. Airtable and LookerStudio experience is not required but preferred
Primary KPIs:
* Revenue generated across different acquisition channels
* Paid traffic ROAS and overall marketing ROI
* Marketing content quality and guideline adherence
* Completion rate of departmental projects and quality of execution
Qualification Requirements:
* 7+ years in a senior marketing role (e.g., Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, or equivalent)
* At least 2 years in a management position within a company generating $15M+ USD in annual revenue
* Proven expertise in digital marketing, direct response marketing, content production, and advertising management
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing tools such as Hyros, Google Analytics, and similar platforms
* Exceptional managerial skills, including the ability to create and implement SOPs, manage people and processes effectively, and drive results
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for driving impactful results
* Prior ownership or leadership of a marketing agency or business is a significant plus
* Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
* OTE: $70,000-$130,000 per year
