About You Relevant degree qualified (Surveying/Construction Management)
Proven track record as a Building Surveyor (ideally within a consultancy/client-side environment)
MRICS qualified or at least close to achieving such qualification
Experience in successfully offering core building surveying services
Comfortable in a Client facing role and developing Client relationships and new potential business
