Responsibilities
The role is to facilitate teaching support to enable effective delivery of the Construction curriculum within the building services area. You will provide day‑to‑day coordination of the workshop, technical and teaching facilities by working with the team of staff to ensure effective support is provided to both staff and students. Coordinate resource usage efficiently to deliver the curriculum. You will also be responsible for managing, monitoring and maintaining resources and take an active part in curriculum delivery through the annual business‑planning process.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2 or above (or equivalent) in Brickwork and extensive practical experience in the brickwork industry.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a diverse student population.
* Experience working with learners in an instructional context (advantageous).
