Deliver high-quality, patient-centred GP care through routine and urgent appointments
Manage a mixture of face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations
Participate in shared on-call duties and support safe clinical decision-making
Provide care to patients within care homes and learning disability settings, including regular ward rounds
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver effective and coordinated care
Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to achieving high QOF and clinical governance standards
Support and contribute to the training of GP registrars and medical students
Attend and participate in regular clinical meetings, teaching sessions, and practice development activities
Contribute to service improvement, innovation, and the continued development of the practice
Develop and pursue specialist clinical interests where appropriate and supported by the practice
Person Specification
Qualifications
* Fully qualified General Practitioner with Certificate of Completion of Training or equivalent
* Registered with the General Medical Council with a licence to practise
* On the NHS Performers List
* Evidence of annual appraisal and revalidation (where applicable)
* Eligible to work in the UK (including work permit where required)
* Evidence of ongoing continued professional development (CPD)
Additional Requirements
* Full UK driving licence (if home visits are required)
Experience
* Experience of working in general practice
