The role will be home based, although there may be a requirement to travel to Head Office a few times per year, in accordance with business needs. Key Responsibilities: Act as key point of contact for all contract related enquiries for the business Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts with both customers and suppliers, supporting the Sales and Procurement functions internally Prepare documents such as Master Service Agreements, NDAs and contract variations Manage contract renewal dates and update company CRM with agreed T&Cs Drive continuous improvement activities in this area and support with effective utilisation of Contract Management system Manage a small Contracts Team whilst retaining the above hands-on responsibilities Ideal skills and experience: Relevant commercial contract experience with a proven track record of drafting, negotiating and agreeing complex contractual terms and conditions, mitigating and minimizing risk and liability for the business Experience in a highly regulated industry, ideally with exposure to Clinical Trials, Medical, Pharma or Healthcare Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and independently, managing own workload in order to meet critical deadlines Strong negotiation skills, confident in conflict-resolution and problem-solving Comfortable managing a small team whilst retaining significant hands-on responsibilities Why should I apply?
