This role has just become available to work for a friendly and professional family
who are looking for a Nanny Housekeeper for 5 days a week to help them with all housekeeping and childcare. The role is a mix of housekeeping and childcare and the children are ages 12 years old and 10 years old. The right person would need to enjoy tidying, cleaning, doing school runs, laundry while the parents work in busy jobs. Salary is £18-£20 gross an hour ( £23,400-£26,000 gross per annum) Please see a list of the duties below and apply now if you enjoy this kind of work!
Housekeeping duties:
• Keeping rooms tidy, especially rooms most used by the children (family room, bedrooms, kitchen)
• Full clean of the house weekly (including vacuuming, bathrooms) & the kitchen daily (inc dishwasher)
• Changing bed linen/towels for the family weekly and guests on an ad-hoc basis
• Laundry
• Ironing
• Other ad-hoc household chores eg dropping off parcels, minor supermarket shops when running low
Child duties:
• Pick up the children from school from 3.30pm and look after until 6.30pm
• Take to / from local after-school activities
• Make and supervise children’s dinner
• Supervise and help with homework
• Make packed lunches
• Start bed-time
Location: Wargrave Berkshire
Minimum Experience Level for this job: 2+ years working with children of the same age and in a similar role
Training and Qualifications needed for this job: Childcare qualifications not essential for this role .
Days : Monday – Friday
Hours:1.30pm-6.30pm
Job Start Date: Start of September
Pay: £18-£20 gross per hour (£23,400-£26,000 gross per annum)
Driver : Yes and a car is provided on duty
Pets : No
