The Role We are seeking a Maths Teacher who can deliver engaging and adaptive lessons across KS3 and KS4. As a Maths Teacher, you will support pupils in developing confidence, emotional regulation and a positive attitude towards education. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality Maths lessons tailored to SEMH needs. Build strong, supportive relationships with learners. Work collaboratively with pastoral and behavioural teams. Contribute to personalised plans, target setting and progress reviews. Maintain a restorative, safe and inclusive learning environment. Who We're Looking For A qualified Maths Teacher (QTS/ECT welcome). Someone resilient, patient and motivated to help young people overcome barriers. Experience in SEMH, alternative provision or mainstream (desirable but not essential). A practitioner who can model and uphold the school's values.
