Here at Ignite, we’re absolutely buzzing to be working with a super exciting Food challenger brand. The business has created a range of amazing products which aims to disrupt their competitors by bringing fresh, new and modern ideas to an established product category.
They’ve recently closed another funding round which has released some funds to hire their first ever Marketing Manager. You will be the first Marketing hire and ideally the Marketing function will grow underneath you as the business grows and scales. The idea is for this person to progress into a Head of Marketing over the next few years.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?
⭐️You need to have at least 2 years Marketing experience within an FMCG environment, ideally for a challenger Food/Drink brand.
⭐️Start-up experience would be extremely beneficial
⭐️Strong experience across the full marketing mix is important for this role
⭐️Strong social media, community management, influencer marketing, CRM and Content Creation experience is important for this role.
⭐️Experience working with marketing agencies and freelancers is important
⭐️Digital/Performance marketing experience would be beneficial.
