As the business continues to expand, they are now investing heavily in a full company-wide transformation to integrate and modernise systems across multiple acquired entities. The Role As a Senior QA Engineer, you'll work across several engineering teams to ensure quality, consistency, and reliability throughout the transformation journey. Initially, you'll focus on manual testing to establish baselines, before leading the development of automation frameworks and embedding best practices into the testing process. You'll collaborate closely with solution architects, engineers, and leadership to build a modern, scalable QA function that supports a rapidly evolving technology ecosystem. Responsibilities Own the QA process across multiple teams within the transformation programme Conduct manual testing of new integration software and system components Design and implement automation frameworks from the ground up Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure high-quality deliverables Drive best practices and continuous improvement across QA and engineering Requirements Strong background in both manual and automated testing Experience setting up or expanding automation frameworks Exposure to complex systems integration or large-scale transformation programmes Collaborative mindset and the ability to work across multiple engineering streams Package Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum Bonus: 10% based on company performance RSG Plc is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
