Overview
Faculty Administrator at Wrexham University is a role within the Faculty of Arts, Science and Technology. The post reports to the Faculty Administration Team Lead and provides administrative support to the Faculty of Arts, Science and Technology as part of the wider Faculty Administration team.
The role supports the Dean of Faculty alongside the Faculty's wider academic teams and undertakes secretarial functions as required.
Responsibilities
* Manage own time in a busy office environment and carry out a wide range of general administrative tasks and secretarial duties.
* Keep the Dean and the Faculty Administration Team Lead informed of relevant business.
* Develop and maintain efficient administrative systems and demonstrate initiative as well as effective teamwork.
Qualifications
* Candidates should be educated to HND level.
