Were seeking a skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our outstanding Wills, Probate, and Lifetime Planning team based in Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to a highly respected department and play a key role in delivering exceptional client service.
What Youll Do
* Case Management: Review new instructions, monitor deadlines, and manage updates through email and our case management system.
* Document Preparation: Draft wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds under solicitor supervision.
* Client Interaction: Handle client queries promptly via phone and email, schedule meetings, and collect essential information about assets, beneficiaries, and family details.
* File Organisation: Maintain well-structured digital and physical files, ensuring full compliance with GDPR and firm policies.
* Administrative Support: Use BigHand to process instructions, type correspondence, and help progress matters efficiently.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with fee earners, contribute to team meetings, and assist with billing and time recording.
